Name Change

We charge a flat fee to help facilitate a name change in Maryland. If you are requesting a name change incident to a divorce that took place in the state of Maryland less than 18 months prior, the flat fee is $1,000.00. If the name change is not incident to a divorce, or it has been longer than 18 months since you were divorced, the flat fee is $1,500.00. The flat fee does not include expenses, such as the filing fee, publication fee, or posting fee.
